OMG BeckyFest: It’s Going To Be Artfully Amazing!

When I saw the information for the first OMG BeckyFest, I knew it would be outstanding because the folks from Crafted Quad Cities are organizing it. Everyone knows that they have the scoop on what is “on trend” in the makers market.

This new makers festival on Aug. 25-26 is held as part of the new Alternating Currents Festival and with the new Quad City Arts Chalk Art Fest.  OMG Beckyfest will be a mix of handcrafted items by 40 regional artisans and vintage vendors.  It will be held outdoors on the green space on the South side of the RiverCenter in downtown Davenport on 2nd Street.  An Alternating Currents band will be playing outside of Barrel House 211 across the street.  Sangria will be available.  How can this event be anything but an amazing shopping experience?!
