New Look To K’nees Florists in Moline

K’nees Florists in Moline, Illinois, has been reinvented and energized.  Earlier in the month, I saw a chalkboard sign outside the building promoting their holiday open house. I decided to stop in and I was greeted by a new environment. The business has come alive under the guidance of the new owner, Trisha Engle.

Trisha has a knack for mixing vintage with new to give the shop a fresh look using unusual planter ideas with unique plants that have texture and strong color. I have never seen a more reasonable priced array of choices. I came back the same day and bought 2 large Victorian influenced planters.

Holiday Ideas!

I was attracted to the unusual displays of planters, plantings, and stunning wreaths and ribbons. My favorite ribbon was a green and red plaid which I ordered and waited to take home with me.

K’nees also has a nice-sized gift shop in the back which has accessory items (hats, scarfs, and jewelry) along with home accessories. There is an attractive vintage-style sink display with various soaps and lotions for gifting too.

Jewelry

K’nees has a nice selection of holiday decorations which I haven’t found in every store. The colors and textures are stylish and will update any home.

Vintage And New Looks

I will be returning to the newly invigorated K’nees Florists in the future to look for other garden related gifts.  I am anxious to see what the designers come up with using vintage items and interesting containers.  There is still time to do some holiday shopping at K’nees and to put them on your list for the rest of the year!
