The Arc of the Quad Cities invites its supporters for a celebration which will include a luscious assortment of hors d’oeuvres, cash bar, and D. J. entertainment from Master Blaster a business startup by an individual served by The Arc. The Arc’s Spring Gala will also feature live and silent auctions with “Master of Ceremonies” Mike Stopulos, from Cottingham and Bulter –who will auction off a two day vacation stay at any Hilton, Hyatt Regency, Wyndam, Marriott, Double Tree, or Embassy Suites in Canada, USA, or Mexico; a one hour airplane tour of the Quad Cities courtesy of Arthur K. Gallagher & Co, and Indian cooking lessons. Live auctions also include golf packages at premium golf courses, overnight stays in the area’s most luxurious hotels, a child’s John Deere gator, and child’s John Deere bicycle. There will also be many silent auction items guest to preview and bid on throughout the evening. This is a business casual event. The Arc will also be featuring 100% Wine, a company founded by a father whose son is on the Autism spectrum whose mission is to increasing employment opportunities for people with disabilities. One hundred percent of the wine proceeds will benefit The Arc’s mission to empower people with disabilities to achieve their full potential through meaningful employment opportunities. Anyone who purchases a table at the Spring Gala will receive a bottle of 100% Wine at their table. Additionally, wine tastings will be provided by G&M Distributors. All proceeds from The Arc’s Spring Gala will benefit individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their fullest potential possible.
