The Quad Cities are easily accessible by car from many major metropolitan areas.
The Quad City International Airport offers dozens of daily nonstop flights to/from 10 cities, plus hundreds of connections from domestic and international destinations beyond. Airlines and cities served are: Allegiant to Las Vegas, Orlando-Sanford, Phoenix-Mesa, and St. Petersburg/Clearwater, American Eagle to Chicago O'Hare and Dallas-Ft. Worth, Delta Air Lines to Atlanta, Detroit, and Minneapolis-St. Paul, and United to Chicago O'Hare and Denver. (Allegiant flights not daily.)
The Quad City International Airport strives to make travel an easier experience by providing such amenities as two restaurants and gift shops, two ATM locations, free Wi-Fi in the terminal, recharging/work stations in the concourse, a business center, customer care services (wheelchair/electric cart), and more. Public bus transportation services are provided by Metro in the Illinois Quad Cities; CitiBus in Davenport; and Bettendorf Transit in Bettendorf. Additionally, the Loop Riverfront Circulator runs between all four major downtown areas on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings as well as Sunday during the day. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, the Channel Cat Water Taxi circles between Davenport, Bettendorf and Moline across the Mississippi River. See the website for details on times and prices.
