Visit Quad Cities, the region's official destination marketing organization (DMO), now has the Certified Tourism Ambassador™ (CTA) program in our regional destination. As an accredited provider, Visit Quad Cities presents the official CTA designation on behalf of the Tourism Ambassador Institute®, the oversight body for the certification program. The Quad Cities Tourism Ambassador Program is a multi-faceted program that increases tourism and knowledge about the Quad Cities by inspiring employees, residents and volunteers to turn every visitor and resident encounter into a positive experience.
