Our Experience Specialists Are Ready to Help
Visit Quad Cities offers two destination centers in the QC region. Each location has professional, on-site Experience Specialists who are ready to answer your questions and provide directions and recommendations. They can provide you with plenty of suggestions on places to visit and things to experience in the Quad Cities. You can pick up brochures and our Quad Cities Destination Guide magazine. Another benefit of our Destination Centers is purchasing local products, QC merchandise, and renting bikes.
As part of our commitment to accessibility and inclusive service, both of our centers are certified with the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program—a global initiative that helps ensure those with non-visible disabilities receive understanding, support, and patience. Our Experience Specialists are specially trained through this program to recognize the sunflower symbol and provide thoughtful assistance.
Additionally, the Quad Cities is proud to be a Wheel the World verified destination, which means all of our staff is trained understand the needs of those traveling with disabilities and are ready to help make their experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
These centers are part of our broader mission to deliver top-tier hospitality. Through our Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) program, Visit Quad Cities trains local residents to become knowledgeable, service-driven advocates for the region. Having certified over 300 CTAs across the community, we’re building a network of champions who help ensure every visitor interaction is welcoming and positive.

RiverStation / Bass Street Landing Destination Center – Moline, IL
Centrally-located, a block from the Riverfront and just steps from the Vibrant Arena at The MARK, let our Experience Specialists at our Destination Center in downtown Moline, Illinois, direct you to unique restaurants, cool cocktails, and hidden gems. If you’re visiting during the summer, catch the free, live concerts on Bass Street Landing every Thursday night - from June through August. Union Station Destination Center – Davenport, IA
Union Station is a Certified Welcome Center for the State of Iowa—your official gateway to exploring the Quad Cities and beyond.
This century-old building is a former train station that opened in 1924 and later became the Visit Quad Cities Destination Center. It's close to hotels, unique dining, historic neighborhoods, and major attractions. Our professional Experience Specialists are here to assist you with QC information, directions, and personalized recommendations to help you make the most of your visit.
