We spent the last several months working with our friends at Exile Brewing Co. on something exclusively ours — and on June 25, we’re pouring it for the first time.

Meet Blackhawk Lager!

A classic golden lager brewed with fine German malts. Incredible balance, smooth texture, a clean and crisp finish. Available on draft only at Bix Bistro — and we’re launching it the right way: with a four-beer tasting, a Bavarian-inspired spread, live music, and people who came to celebrate something new with us!
