NoogieFest Trick or Treat Event

NoogieFest is family-friendly event, free, and open to the whole community! Head to Gilda’s Club Davenport (MercyOne Genesis West) for indoor trick or treating, snacks, door prizes, entertainment, therapy dogs and more! Costumes are highly encouraged! Children must be accompanied by an adult.
