Orion Fireworks Festival and Lighted Parade
On July 3rd of each year, Orion, Illinois celebrates Independence Day with a festival of events leading up to a lighted parade and fireworks display. With around 1,800 residents and just seven miles from the Quad Cities, the Orion Fireworks Festival conducts a fabulous fireworks display with a hometown flair.
The 2025 Schedule of Events include:
• 5pm Food Vendors and Face Painting
• 5:15 pm – 6:45pm MedForce Helicopter
• 5:30pm Live Music from Mo’s Garage
• 8:30pm Skydivers at Orion High School football field
• 8:45pm Lighted Parade
• Fireworks Display Following Lighted Parade
