Trick or Treat at the Rustbelt businesses

5-7 pm Halloween Night come trick-or-treat at the Rustbelt Businesses. Safe, fun environment, free hotdog and hot chocolate while supplies last on Jennies Boxcar patio. Each business will be passing out a treat or tricks of sorts.
