Aledo Rhubarb Fest

Aledo Rhubarb Fest is one of the Midwest’s most charming small-town celebrations — a sweet-and-tangy kickoff to summer held each year in Aledo’s picturesque Central Park and historic downtown. Festival-goers can choose from more than 3,000 rhubarb pies along with an impressive selection of fresh rhubarb baked goods available for purchase, then swing by the Tasting Tent for free rhubarb samples and culinary surprises. The weekend also features live music on the bandshell stage, dozens of quality craft and artisan vendors, narrated historic trolley tours, and a lively Kids Zone that makes the event wonderfully family-friendly. With small-town hospitality and rhubarb in countless forms, it’s no wonder Rhubarb Fest has become a regional favorite for food lovers and curious travelers alike.  Main events run from 9am-4pm on Friday and Saturday.  Visit aledorhubarbfest.com for up to date Festival detals.
