Patti Vasquez, a Chicago native, got her start as an emcee at Zanies Comedy Club and now headlines comedy clubs and colleges all over the United States, Canada and Europe.

She has written and performed several hit solo shows for theater audiences including Tequila and Shamrocks: Every Flower Has Her Roots, Pregnant Party Girl: From Stoli’s to Stirrups, and Lipstick Mom. On television, Patti has appeared regularly as Nurse Ryan on CHICAGO FIRE and was featured on NICK’S MOM’S NIGHT OUT on Nickelodeon, THE VERY FUNNY SHOW on TBS, MTV’s Tr3s, COMEDY.TV, and Comics Unleashed. Patti has also made regular appearances on the popular Bob and Tom TV Show on Superstation WGN and their daily morning radio show, syndicated in over 130 cities across the country.

For 5 years Patti hosted the number one late night radio talk show on WGN 720 AM. She currently hosts a daily talk show on WCPT 820 AM where she blends her humor and communications background to tackle the biggest news of the day. Patti’s unique perspective on family and relationships has been described as “Comedy with a Heart.”

Her stories about growing up in an Irish-Mexican family cause laughter at the unique but all too familiar situations. She is not afraid to mock, poke fun and examine all the myths, half-truths and innuendo most people shy away from. Patti brings everyday events to life in each performance and has become one of the hardest working women in comedy
