Christmas in LeClaire
The holiday season is finally here and there’s no better way to get in the holiday spirit than the 38th Annual Christmas in LeClaire, a three-day event full of bake sales, cookie sale, crafts, silent auction, Santas from around the World, fun run, music, selfie booth, photos with Santa, great shopping, and much more! Something for ALL ages!
NEW this year is the lighting of the LeClaire holiday tree located on the Levee on Friday at 6pm and the Light Up LeClaire Christmas Parade Saturday at 5:30pm.
Friday, December 2, 10am-10:30pm
10am-5pm Masonic Lodge – Cookie Sale, Lunch, & Crafters.
10am-8pm LeClaire Civic Center – Crafts, Silent Auction, & Baked Goods.
10am-4pm LeClaire Civic Center – Watch Master Carver Luke Travers create wooden shoes.
11am-4pm Santa’s Gift Shop (inside LeClaire Civic Center). Kids can use “Christmas in LeClaire Dollars” to shop for family and friends.
5-7pm Strolling Santas and Christmas characters throughout the downtown.
5-8pm LeClaire Civic Center – Entertainment by balloon artist Jason Hamilton.
5-8pm: Various shops open late.
6pm NEW First Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony located on the south end of the levee.
6:30-10:30pm Mississippi River Distilling Company has live music by Mars by Morning with Haley Stalzer and Hasta Verano and the release of the Long Lost Rum.
Saturday, December 3, 8am-8pm
8-10am Breakfast with Santa at Happy Joe’s. Sponsored by LeClaire Happy Joe’s & Blackhawk Bank & Trust. Kids – $4.50; Adults – $9.50.
9:30-10am Reindeer Dash Kid’s ½ Mile Fun Run – ages 12 and under. Starts at LeClaire Civic Center parking lot.
10am-12pm Ugly Christmas Sweater 5k Run – line up in LeClaire Civic Center parking lot.
10am-12pm Strolling Santas and Christmas characters throughout the downtown.
10am-2pm Masonic Lodge, 2nd Floor – Kid’s Craft Workshop.
10am-4pm Watch as Master Carver Luke Travers creates Wooden Shoes at LeClaire Civic Center.
10am-5pm Masonic Lodge, lower level – Cookie Sale, Lunch, & Crafters.

6pm NEW Light Up LeClaire Christmas Parade (presented by LeClaire Parks & Recreation) The parade will travel down Wisconsin Street to 3rd Street.
Sunday, December 4, Noon-4pm
Noon-4pm LeClaire Civic Center – Crafts, Silent Auction (bidding closes at 2pm), & Baked Goods. Watch Master Carver Luke Travers create his one of a kind Wooden Shoes.
Noon-4pm FREE Trolley Rides with (5) designated stops throughout the downtown. Pick-up and drop-off in MindFire’s parking lot across from the LeClaire Civic Center.
Noon-4pm Santa’s Gift Shop (inside LeClaire Civic Center). Kids can use “Christmas in LeClaire Dollars” to shop for family and friends.
Noon-3pm Children’s story hour at the LeClaire Civic Center.
