Visit Quad Cities Launches Resident Sentiment Survey to Gather Community Insights on Tourism

Quad Cities, IA/IL — [November 21st, 2025] — Visit Quad Cities, the region’s official destination marketing organization, is inviting Quad Citizens to share their perspectives on how tourism impacts the quality of life across the region. In partnership with a globally-recognized market research consultancy, Longwoods International, Visit Quad Cities has launched a new Resident Sentiment Survey to better understand local attitudes, priorities, and perceptions about the tourism industry.
“Our residents are our number one customer because tourism directly impacts a Quad Citizens’ quality of life,” said Katrina Keuning, Brand and Content Strategist. “This foundational research will provide the input we need to help guide future direction for how Visit Quad Cities serves the region and its visitor economy. We strongly encourage all residents to provide us your feedback, and we are grateful for your time and thoughts as a key member of our tourism team.”
The survey aims to help Visit Quad Cities learn directly from residents. It will help in capturing opinions on topics like economic impact, community development, sustainability, and quality of life. Responses will help shape future tourism strategies, ensuring that growth in the visitor economy continues to benefit those who call the QC their home.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and live in the Quad Cities region.
Longwoods International will be managing the survey as well as the gift card drawings. One randomly selected participant will receive one $150 gift card for a local Quad Cities restaurant, and four randomly selected participants will receive a $25 gift card from a local QC Coffee Trail partner. Entering the drawing is optional. Visit Quad Cities will notify the winners of the drawing.
Residents can access the survey at SurveyQC.com and are encouraged to share their thoughts by December 12, 2025.
