Visit Quad Cities Named One of the Coolest Places to Work in the Quad Cities

Quad Cities, IL/IA (Wednesday, November 15, 2023) – Visit Quad Cities has been honored as one of the 2023 Coolest Places to Work in the Quad Cities by the Quad Cities Regional Business Journal. The recognition is a testament to VQC's commitment to fostering a collaborative and energetic workplace environment.
“This means a great deal to us,” Visit Quad Cities President and CEO Dave Herrell said. “Our team is driven by the value of people, partnerships and personality, and this honor illustrates just that. We have the privilege to do what we love and are grateful for the amazingly talented VQC team.”
Coolest Places to Work, presented by the Quad Cities Regional Business Journal, is a program highlighting employers in the region dedicated to creating exceptional workplaces. Open to businesses with at least 15 employees and a physical presence in the greater Quad Cities, the initiative celebrates organizations that go above and beyond to ensure a positive work experience.
In collaboration with the Workforce Research Group, the program involves a comprehensive survey process to determine honorees. Employers self-nominate and staff at nominated organizations provide valuable insights through surveys about their work experience.
Winners of the Coolest Places to Work will be formally recognized for their accomplishments and contributions to the Quad Cities business community in the December 11 issue of the Quad Cities Regional Business Journal.
