Renewing Your CTA

Like any certification, continuing education and growing your knowledge base are critical to keep that certification.

Each year you will receive a notification that your CTA certification is up for renewal based on the date you first received your certification. 

The renewal fee is $30 annually, and the renewal process includes continuing education and staying up-to-date on Quad Cities' local attractions and information. If you renew before October 31, you will receive an early bird discount of $10 on your renewal. This is necessary to maintain your CTA certification and keep your benefits.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO RENEW YOUR CTA

Renewal takes less than 10 minutes, and you only need 50 points to renew. Points are easy to earn, and you've probably already racked up more than you know. You can earn points by visiting attractions, attending events, and reading newsletters, to name a few. It's a simple process that helps keep you current with what's happening in the QC.
