How to spend your 4th of July
John Deere Classic: July 1-5
Since 2000, the John Deere Classic has made its home at TPC Deere Run in Silvis, IL. Mark your calendars for July 1-5 to experience unique activities, delicious food, live music and of course… premiere golf. Don't forget to stick around on Saturday and Sunday for Concerts on the Course. Carrie Underwood is set to take the stage on the 4th, and Old Dominion perfroms on the 5th!

Moline 250 Celebration: July 2, 4-9:30 p.m.
The City of Moline, in partnership with Moline Centre and the Rock Island Arsenal invite you to celebrate America's 250th birthday! This is a free community event with live music, line dancing, a picnic and fireworks. Come hang out at bass street landing!
Red, White, & Boom: July 3, 5-11 p.m, fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m.
Red, White, & Boom is back! Enjoy the Quad Cities' largest fireworks display for the Fourth of July from the three viewing areas: LeClaire Park in Davenport, Modern Woodmen Park, and Schwiebert Riverfront Park in Rock Island. Enjoy live music, food vendors, and Kid Zones! At Modern Woodman, the River Bandits will be playing against the Cedar Rapids Kernels. Grab your tickets now to enjoy fireworks and baseball!

East Moline's Independence Day: July 3 & 4
Head to the Rock Island County Fairgorunds to enjoy a Kids' Zone, games, crafts, live music, food trucks, and fireworks! The fun takes place 6-10:30 p.m on July 3. Then don't forget to sign up to run the 44th annual Firecracker Run in East Moline on July 4! Take your choice of either a 5K or 10K course, as well as a kiddie run for children ages 8 and under at 8:45 a.m. Two other races being offered are the IMEG mile and the hospital bed race. Proceeds are going to benefit community projects.Get out and race for what matters! Learn more about the Firecracker Run here. Then get ready for a parade at 1pm! Starting at 1st street in East Moline, the 68th annual 4th of July Parade will be sailing down the streets all the way to 9th street!

City of Bettendorf's 4th of July Celebration - July 4, All Day
The city of Bettendorf is filled with a lot of different activities to celebrate the 4th of July! A parade will be going through downtown at 10 a.m from the intersection of 23rd to 21st street. The 4th of July festival will be happening from noon to 10 p.m. at Spruce Hills Drive. Food and craft vendors, kids activities, and live music will all be happening.
