In 2004, Sally McGee joined the team, moving from the Blackhawk Hotel in Davenport to Julie's main location in downtown Moline. By 2008, Sally had purchased the business, continuing to uphold the high standards and personalized service that customers had come to expect. She retained the name “Julie's Artistic Rose”, recognizing the strong brand recognition it had built over the years.

Julie's Artistic Rose is renowned for its full-service floral offerings, which include everything from weddings and funerals to everyday arrangements and special events. The shop prides itself on providing fresh flowers and personalized touches, whether it's for a corporate event, a birthday celebration, or a heartfelt memorial service. One of their unique services includes refreshing and revitalizing old wreaths, giving them a new lease on life for customers who bring them in.

McGee emphasized, “We want people to come down and see what we have. Our quality is unmatched, and we're proud of the personalized service we offer.”

The shop's reputation has largely grown through word-of-mouth, with customers consistently praising the quality of the arrangements and the attentive service.
