Pride Month is a point of pride and celebration throughout the nation and in the Quad Cities. It's time to celebrate the beauty and contributions of us all. Love is love is love is love. There’s a large, active LBGTQ+ community in the QC whose community engagement is expressed throughout local organizations included here and beyond. Quad Cities Pride Festival
Enjoy a community celebration that empowers and brings awareness to the lives of the LGBTQ+ and its Allies May 31st at 5:00 PM through June 1st at 11:59 PM. Experience a time of Live music, Drag Shows, Pyro, Burlesque and more while also visiting local merchants, vendors, and great organizations in the QC that will be present. Show Your Pride Drag Brunch
Equality needs you! Show your colors in their first Drag Brunch of the month at UP Skybar in downtown Davenport by Crane & Pelican.Tickets include a Plated Brunch and Admission to the Drag Show. Brunch will be served at 10:00 AM until 12:30 PM on June 2nd. with the show featuring 6 queens to follow at 1PM. DJ until 5PM.
Free Events at the FIGGE
In recognition of Pride Month, the Figge Art Museum in Davenport will present a series of three award-winning, independent films. Find more information on the Figge website.
- June 6 - Jimmy in Saigon - 6:30 PM The riveting, powerful story about the AIDS activists, most of them HIV-positive, who played a pivotal role in developing the drugs and treatment protocols that turned AIDS from a mostly fatal disease to a manageable condition.

Pride Family Skate Night
On Thursday, June 6th, Quad City Rollers is hosting a FREE skating night at the Eldridge Community Center and Skatepark. Come celebrate pride with some fun, games, and skating at this event happening from 6-8 PM.
Free Mom Hugs Craft Night
On Wednesday, June 12th at 5:00 PM, come make some crafts with the Free Mom Hugs craft night! This event will take place at Clock INC (4102 46th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201) and is open to everyone.
Pride 5K: Run, Walk, & Roll
The Project is proud to present Pride 5K: Run, Walk, & Roll on Sunday, June 15, 2024, at Bass Street Landing in downtown Moline. Starting at 8 am, there is a 5K and one-mile fun run. Register for this race here.
Pride Night at QC River Bandits
The Project of the Quad Cities and the Quad Cities River Bandits invite you to Pride Night on Thursday, June 16 at 6:30 p.m. Join us for a great evening of baseball while we celebrate the vibrant LGBTQ+ community! Tickets are now available here.
The Village Project: LGBTQ+ Basics
In this LGBTQ+ Training class, enjoy lunch and an oppurtunity to be educated on topics like first impressions of LGBTQ+ people, core vocabulary, language in the health care setting, and more! Pronouns 101
For an educating course on pronouns, attend the Pronouns 101 course taking place Tuesday, June 25 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Davenport Public Library, 6000 E. Eastern Ave., Davenport, IA 52807. Pride Family Picnic
On Sunday, June 30 at 1 p.m. at West Lake Park in Davenport, IA, join QCA's Out & Proud for a family fun Pride Picnic! Hot dogs and buns, condiments, water, plates, napkins, and silverware will be provided, but attendees are asked to bring a side to share and a game to play!
