Celebrate the 4th of July with some Independence Day Parades!

Make your 4th of July celebrations special with a Quad Cities Parade. The following celebratory parades will take place this year: 

  • The City of Bettendorf Independence Day Parade will take place on July 4th at 10:00 AM in downtown Bettendorf. 
  • East Moline's Independence Day parade will begin at 1:00 PM on July 4th along 15th Avenue, 3rd to 13th Street.
  • Clinton's 4th of July parade will take place on July 4th at 1:00 PM on River View Drive.

Experience the Largest 4th of July Fireworks show: Red White and Boom!

The Red, White and Boom! event and fireworks display, held in downtown Davenport and Rock Island, will be postponed due to predicted flooding of the Mississippi River. A new date is pending. 

Celebrate the 4th of July with the Red White and Boom fireworks that will take place on July 3rd at 9:30. This ginormous fireworks show will be visible from all the following locations:

  • Quinlan Court (101 E River Dr, Davenport)
  • River Bandits Game/Modern Woodmen Park (209 S Gaines St, Davenport)

Conquer July with the annual RAGBRAI event!

Come celebrate the oldest, largest, and longest multi-day bicycle touring event in the world with the annual RAGBRAI event! This 8-day bike race across the entire state of Iowa features a festival of bicycles, music, food, and camaraderie! We are truly honored by the privilege of the race concluding last year in Davenport, and we are immensely excited for the esteemed opportunity to have this year's finale just down the river in Burlington! The route this year will begin in Glenwood and mark the eighth shortest race in RAGBRAI's history, yet still promises an electrifying challenge of 18,741 feet of climb!
