Check out these fantastic camps offered by the Putnam Museum & Science Center, Family Museum, and Nahant Marsh Education Center. They tend to fill up fast, so register for your favorites soon.

PUTNAM MUSEUM & SCIENCE CENTER, DAVENPORT
You'll find some great camp options for elementary age kids. The leaders are engaging and each day is well planned. Getting to explore and engage with some of the great exhibits in the museum while at camp is an amazing bonus. Camp fees are less for members so it's a great time to get a family membership if you don't have one. Half day camps can be combined to make a full day camp. Camps are limited to 15 campers. Registration is live now!

“It was a great first camp experience for our 3-year-old. Each day our son came home with new facts about dinosaurs. He got his own name tag and kept it for months. “My daughter did a Wilderness Camp at Nahant Marsh. She learned to build a shelter, start a fire, tie knots, fish, identify edible and medicinal plants and animal tracks, make a water filtration device, and naviate! I love how this camp fit her confident and inquisitive nature.” - Heather from Moline, IL
“As a mom, I really liked that they let the kids get their hands dirty and engage in authentic nature play.” - Tierney (mom). “Finding material, building my own shelter, and sitting in it was super cool. We learned how to layer the materials and protect the fire from wind.” Jack (son). “I loved looking in the water and seeing turtles.
